Jill Holtzman Vogel was named by Washingtonian magazine in 2009 as one of the top lawyers in campaign finance and ethics. She manages Holtzman Vogel PLLC, a leading legal firm on lobbying, legislation and and campaign finance at the state and local levels, and has served as Chief Counsel of the Republican National Committee and as Deputy Counsel at the Department of Energy.
Jason Torchinsky focuses on campaign finance and election law. Prior to joining Holtzman Vogel, he was Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division at the US Department of Justice. He also served in the White House's Office of Counsel to the President and at the Department of Justice as a Special Assistant to the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division and in the Eastern District of Wisconsin as a Special Assistant US Attorney.
